Flow Writing and Editing

About Me

For over a decade, I have taught literacy, including reading and writing, at the college level, and for more than six years I have worked with middle school and high school students. Holding a Ph.D. in Literacy Studies from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University, I am exceptionally qualified to assist you with your writing.

As I help you edit and write your papers, I will experience a sense of flow — much like when I was a child, deeply immersed in playing sports like baseball, basketball, and football. After school, I would mimic athletes’ motions, throwing a ball against my home’s steps or shooting hoops in my backyard, achieving a state of oneness with my surroundings through sheer will and practice. This practice elevated sports to an art form for me.

Similarly, my passion for reading, editing, and writing developed into a cycle of improvement. The more I wrote and edited, the better I became and the more I loved the process. This sense of flow, comparable to the dedication of great athletes like Michael Jordan, Lebron James, and Michael Phelps transcends fields of study and experiences.

In my writing and editing, though the papers are not my own, I treat them with the utmost care and commitment. I enjoy enhancing your writing while preserving your unique voice. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your professional and personal goals, whether it’s editing and writing grants and proposals, technical documents, medical papers, dissertations, master’s theses, or college application essays. I will collaborate with you to perfect your personalized documents.
